During busy times such as Christmas, it can be challenging to fit everyone in (much to Emilie's dismay!)

and if Emilie notifies clients that she had a cancellation at short notice often it's too short notice that they can't fill the cancellation,
despite wanting an appointment. Therefore, Emilie has introduced deposits in order to bring a much fairer experience for everyone.

Upon booking an appointment Emilie will require a deposit to secure the time and date of your treatment(s).
Deposit payments can be taken via PayPal, BACS or you can be sent a payment link to pay with your card details if you wish.

If you know you'll be visiting Beauty by Emilie again, you can have a 'rolling' deposit which means you
pay a deposit for your first appointment and instead of having the deposit deducted from
the total treatment cost, it will be used as a deposit for your next appointment.
You can choose to spend this deposit if you wish at any point.

An example of how a rolling deposit works
Your treatment costs £40 and you pay a £15 deposit which means you have £25 left to pay.
However, you still pay £40 but the £15 deposit you paid remains against your account which can then
be used to secure your next booking.

You will need to give a minimum of 24-48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment to retain
100% of your deposit which can then be transferred to a new date and time.
If you feel there may be even a slight chance that you'll need to cancel, please let Emilie know as soon as possible so both yourself and Emilie are prepared for any changes that may happen to your appointment.

If you give less than 24 hours notice, Emilie reserves the right to retain at least 50% of the deposit
you have paid.  At Emilie's discretion, any remaining amount may then be transferred to another date and time.

If you do not give Emilie any notice at all that you will not be able to attend your appointment and do not arrive to your appointment, she reserves the right to charge you the full amount for the treatment(s) you were booked in for. As she hopes you can understand, her time is reserved for you and your treatment in advance as well as taking time to set up for you so when she is faced with a no-show it is a big loss in both time, money and potential disappointment for another client.

Emilie does however, understand that some situations can be out of your control and cancellations may need to be made at a much shorter notice - in this instance she may agree that 100% of the deposit can be transferred
to a new date and time or even, refunded.

Emilie reserves the right to refuse deposit transfers and/or refunds where she feels necessary.

You can pay via debit/credit card from one the options below or by BACS.
Please see each deposit amount below to see the correct amount you need to pay for the relevant treatment/amount you're wishing to book. Emilie will also be in touch to advise you of this.

If you have any questions of concerns please get in touch.
